I (Sis. Ruth Daniel) was born as a daughter of a Hindu priest at Manthithope village nearby Kovilpatti, the city of matches in Tuticorin district, Tamilnadu which is situated in the south of India. I was trained in Hinduism from my childhood. I was not educated. I was a Shepherded in profession. When I was 11 years old I felt sick for about 6 months and was nearby to death. At that time my father Mr.Govindaraj put me in his prayer room and calls all his god and goddess to come and give life for her daughter. No change at all after many more time. After a long time a god of my father spoke him that we have no power to heal your daughter. There is one Great person who is bigger than all in the world. His name is "JESUS". Only JESUS CHRIST is able to give new life to your daughter. Nothing understood to my father. When I was nearing my last moment to death my father had a vision of JESUS who hanged in the cross and His blood from His sour fallen on me. At once I got recover new life and stood up.
From that day I began to worship LORD JESUS CHRIST who gave me new life. The Lord anointed me by His Holy Spirit. According to verse Isaiah 61:1-3, God gave me gift to reveal the captives who are bound by evil spirit. I started God's ministry in village to village. When I was 13 years old I got married. From that day with my husband we did God's service in several places. At last we started our ministries in a rental house in Illupaiyurani village near Kovilpatti. We conducted special fasting prayer for the sick people at every Tuesdays. Many people get participated at that prayers and got miraculous healings, and got relief from the bounds of evil spirit. My father Mr.Govindaraj, a Hindu priest got delivered in the name of Jesus Christ and found rest within Jesus in the year 1995. But God gave me a father Pastor.D.Navaraj Eliezer and his son Pastor. N.Joseph Devaraj as my brother in this world to enrich the Ministry.
On 28.09.1996 Saturday night, while we are praying, God gave the name "VIDUTHALAIYIN STHALAM" (Place of deliverance) at 11:30p.m. From that day our ministry is done by the name "Place of Deliverance". One land having 9 cents was given by God for this ministry on 22.01.1999. We put a shed in the land and held ministry in it. We dig pit for foundation on 20.03.2000. Sunday service was started on 17.09.2000. Foundation lay on May 2001.On 14.05.2008 Church was built and dedicated. By the grace of God we worship God with 50 souls. People from several places of villages, Towns, Cities, States, Countries comes to the Place of Deliverance and get relief and miracle in the name of Lord Jesus Christ. Amen! |
